WHO I SERVE

I work with Middle and Senior Leaders and Organization Development Consultants who want to progress in their careers and have a bigger impact in their organization. They are talented leaders who have often progressed quickly in their careers, yet find themselves in a place of not feeling completely satisfied and not clear of the next best steps to move forward.

Most of my clients are typically employees in large corporations. They are middle managers, senior executives, and high potential leaders in large corporations. My clients are bright individuals who possess great knowledge and expertise in their functional area (such as engineering, accounting, finance, operations, legal, sales and marketing, etc.). They got promoted because they know their ‘craft’ and they have a track record of delivering high quality work. Now they’re expected to have the same success in leading with very little guidance or training.

What they most want to learn is how to better operate within a political system of an organization without losing their purpose and authenticity. The other expertise they want to learn more about is how to lead and inspire others in order to bring out the highest value in their workplace.

They understand love is a more expanded and effective way to motivate. They see the value in others and allow space for others to create and be involved in the process.
