What is Conscious Leadership?

In my experience, many Business Leaders are effective at what they do, but more often than not, they are not aware and much less deliberate about it. I call this Unconscious Competence.

My work is centered around uncovering the strengths and competencies of the Business Leader in such a way that they become fully aware and deliberate, becoming fully conscious of their capacities. The impact that my clients realize in short order is a significant increase in their own performance, and an extraordinary improvement in their capacity to lead their organizations, resulting in an actual quantum jump in the performance of the entire organization.

Next Steps

If you are interested in exploring the possibility of working together, I like to follow a couple of steps:

Step #1 - I like to have a brief phone conversation with you, in which I get to know a little about you, and you get to know a little about me. In that conversation , I explain the second step, which I call the 'Discovery Session'. Generally, this first conversation is about 20-30 minutes.

Step #2 - 'Discovery Session'. This is an actual coaching session, at no cost to you. The purpose of this coaching session is two-fold. For you, you will have the experience of working with me; you will gain some sense for the type of work that I do and the impact that it can have on you and your business. From this coaching session, you will take away an insight or a breakthrough. And that is a promise!

For my part, I use this Discovery Session to assess your relationship to learning and your readiness for change. This session runs for about one hour, and I like to schedule it shortly after our initial conversation.

Having taken these two steps, we will have identified improvements you are looking for and what they will provide for you and for your business and we will be in a position to ascertain if the fit is good for us to work together.
